Active Development — MVP in progress

A native iOS app designed to solve the "trust gap" in student housing. Unlike generic marketplaces, Draft creates a verified network where college students connect with students to find roommates, sublets, and short-term housing.

Capabilities

  • Roommate Discovery — compatibility algorithm with 0-100% match scoring based on lifestyle, budget, and preferences
  • Sublet Marketplace — semester-long housing listings with mandatory media to reduce fake listings
  • Campus Network — "couch surfing" for students visiting other universities, connecting travelers with hosts
  • Identity Verification — social proof via Instagram, LinkedIn, and .edu email verification
  • Gatekeeper Messaging — message requests must be accepted before conversation begins
